At Billion Logics, to claim a refund follow these steps:

  • Start a Live Chat and speak with a representative.
  • Send us an Email to initiate the refund.

Refund Policy

Billion Logics ensures 100% customer satisfaction through our Revision Policy, allowing free revisions to improve the initial design brief with the guidance of our account manager.

If you wish to request a refund, ensure that you haven't published or used the designs online. Contact us within five days of the initial design delivery if you're dissatisfied.

Refunds will be provided as follows:

  • Full refund before order delivery (less 10% fee).
  • 66% refund within 48 hours of initial design delivery.
  • 33% refund between 48–120 hours of initial design delivery.
  • No refund after 120 hours of delivery.

We reserve the right to approve or disapprove refund requests. Refunds over $1000 may be issued in installments.

Reasons for rejection include but are not limited to: combo package purchases, long inactivity, design approvals, policy violations, or switching providers mid-project.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
